Please understand that payment of £108 is non refundable if you cancel your place within 48 hours of the course starting or once the course has started. Cancelling within 3 - 7 days of the course starting will enable you a partial refund of 50% of the course fees. If you choose to cancel your place giving more than 7 days notice then we will refund the course fee minus the £40 non refundable deposit (as mentioned above).

Regrettably we cannot offer discounts or refunds to cover your booked holidays, sickness, or inability to attend. We need to offer a continuity of service that is fair to all. When you book a place, you are securing your place and not your attendance. By paying your full course fees you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out in this message and any subsequent forms or correspondence.
